ASSET SEARCH AND RECOVERY
SERAPH has developed the unique capability to locate assets that have been hidden from collection in international "safe havens" as well as in domestic accounts and has assisted clients in successfully recovering over a billion dollars with this service. Asset searches are used not only in bankruptcy and defaulted debt situations, but also in divorce cases where substantial family wealth is being divided between two parties. Where collection of a judgment is involved, we work as a team with legal counsel to use our international experience and resources to assist in freezing assets for later collection.

SERAPH subject matter experts assist individuals in protection measures to prevent identity theft within the home, school and workplace. SERAPH provides identity theft awareness programs, assists in identifying the threat and recognizing vulnerabilities for businesses, corporations and organizations to protect employees, customers, owners, and members.
SERAPH can provide discovery of identity theft quickly and provide thorough investigations so restoration may begin. If an investigation discovers identity theft has occurred, SERAPH will investigate how the breach occurred, identify the perpetrator(s) and assist in the recovery process.
When a breach of personal data of individuals, employees and/or customers is compromised, SERAPH assists potential victims in the recovery process from the incident, which ultimately can mitigate damages incurred. CAROLYN MARTIN, SERAPH Investigations Special Consultant
Carolyn Martin is the Founder and President of the American Contract Investigators Association (AFCIA). She is currently a federal investigator conducting personnel security and military criminal defense case investigations. She also conducts training in multiple areas such as identity theft, personnel security clearance process, improvised explosive devices, and program protection planning.
Ms. Martin served fourteen years in the U.S. Marine Corps and has over twenty years military/government experience acquiring accomplishments in project management and personnel supervision; combined tactical and national level intelligence and counter-intelligence operations; civilian and military defense investigations. Ms. Martin has extensive experience with classified and unclassified intelligence database systems and various real time message archival/retrieval systems. She is very passionate in her support and defense of the National and Homeland Security effort.

- Developed the model for the Japanese Data Bank (JDB) for training intelligence analysts and systems support and JDB Training Function and JDB Analyst Tools Function.
- Developed Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) Common Tier 1 Training System for joint National Security Agency/Department of Defense (NSA/DOD) projects
- Trained the Royal Saudi Navy Intelligence Officers in Counter-terrorism techniques and tactics
