Introduction

SERAPH, Inc. is an international company that serves the business, legal and financial communities by performing due diligence for contemplated transactions and by providing litigation support fact finding and asset search and recovery services for bankruptcies or defaulted loans.
SERAPH's capabilities are global. We have extensive sources throughout Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, Russia and Africa. Our associates are investigative professionals and former intelligence officers. Our researchers draw information from a network of relationships with law enforcement agencies, insurance carriers and other special sources. All inquiries and findings are strictly confidential and are pursued in compliance with applicable law.

ASSET SEARCH AND RECOVERY

SERAPH has developed the unique capability to locate assets that have been hidden from collection in international "safe havens" as well as in domestic accounts and has assisted clients in successfully recovering over a billion dollars with this service. Asset searches are used not only in bankruptcy and defaulted debt situations, but also in divorce cases where substantial family wealth is being divided between two parties. Where collection of a judgment is involved, we work as a team with legal counsel to use our international experience and resources to assist in freezing assets for later collection.

Due Diligence Investigations

We perform extensive due diligence for clients who need comprehensive background information about new business relationships and prospective partners in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital investments, franchises and large loan transactions. Using global resources, SERPAH does in-depth research to provide confidential and timely information about the business history, resources, credentials and reputation of parties in impending transactions and to confirm all material that has been provided by the parties.

Litigation Support/Competitor Intelligence

Is your competition succeeding because they have vital information about your research, operations, markets, customers, products and resources? SERAPH provides litigation support intelligence as well as competitor intelligence.
